How long will it take for my order shipped?

We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business days. Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

US shipments take 7-10 business days for delivery. International orders take up to 20-25 business days for delivery.

How can I purchase additional hands, feet or shoes?

The hands and feet of first edition Traveler Lammily may come loose but can be put back in. You can purchase additional parts here https://lammily.com/hands-feet-order-form/

Can my Lammily Doll get wet?

Your Lammily Doll can get wet, but we highly recommend not wetting her hair as it will lose it’s shine.

How do I start earning Lammily Rewards?

In order to begin earning Lammily Rewards you must have an account. To register or login, please click here.

For every $1 spent you will earn 1 point.

For every 100 points you get, you have the option to redeem (up to 250 points per item) or save them for a larger discount!

You can redeem a maximum of 500 points per order.

Lammily Rewards do not expire.

How can I restore Traveler Lammily doll hair?

After months of play, your Traveler Lammily’s hair may get roughed up. Here is a guide on how to restore it to like-new conditions.

What are the dimensions of Lammily dolls?

Traveler and Photographer Lammily are just under 11″ tall. Animal Rescuer Lammily is 11″ tall.

Who helped design the doll?

The face design is by Nikolett Meresz. Thomas DesJardins, Andrew Dormody, and Marco Romero created the digital prototype seen in the crowdfunding video. Dynamic Designworks Inc created the first physical prototype. Nickolay Lamm and Yelena Lamm directed the design process after initial physical prototype was made.

Who helped design the stickers and gave integral advice?

Inna Lamm organized a lot of Lammily events and is a key member of the Lammily Marks design team. Emily Lamm helps with everything from package writing to blog posts and serves as a valuable advisor to the team.

Does Lammily meet safety requirements?

Lammily is made according to the standards used by all major toy companies including ASTM and CPSIA standards.

Will there be other dolls?

In 2017, we’re hoping to extend the line to embrace diversity. From race to body type, we want this doll to be true to you!
